AGIT Karaoke

Very awesome, small karaoke venue in the village, very out of view, above the Taphouse, the old toad in the hole. The owner is very accommodating and has a good list of song choices and screens. I loved the small business and the room was very cozy and well lit with lights and interesting stuff plastered on the walls. Definitely recommend taking a group of people and just go and enjoy the village atmosphere. One of the very few places that has been in the village for awhile and still in business. Support small business and good spots really 3njoyed the place.

Village insiders will know this place, but most will not, even with directions you may miss it. Up a flight of dimly lit stairs, down a hallway where you think you’d find a Private Detective, is the little oasis known as AGIT. This small, quaint, licensed Karoake place is very unique and although they do serve food, this review is based purely on the karaoke experience. After an evening of dining or drinking in the village, stop in and experience it for yourself. Even if you just sit and watch, it’s a fun time. Not a singer? A little shy? That doesn’t matter, this place has a weird way of sucking you in, and in no time, you’ll find yourself with microphone in hand.

Bartender seemed to be making up random prices off the top of his head for whenever we ordered drinks. No method to his pricing and overpriced.

One of the last gems of the Osborne Village. I've been going to AGIT for Karaoke night since I was 18 and it's still my favourite spot to take off friends. Small, but plenty of tables for bigger groups. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

Best bar in Winnipeg 100%. The bar is so well decorated, the owner is so friendly and hard working, and the place is so clean. Karaoké is always the best.

This place was a little hard to find at first, I called the owner and he guided me on how to find it, go up the stairs and its down the hall to the right. The owner is really cool and is very attentive when his customers are done drinking their drinks he makes sure there are no empty glasses around, the karaoke songs can use an update I'd say the songs range from 1990s - 2006ish, However! the owner was very nice and outgoing. They also accept debit if you don't have cash. The place is kinda small but you end up chatting with everyone and making friends so it works out! All and all I would come back here.

The bartender told my friend who was the designated driver that if she's not buying alcohol she has to pay a "singing fee" because they need to still pay for the electric cost. When she said if a buy a non alcoholic drink? The bartender said I will still charge you the singing fee. I mean really this guy does not care that my friend was trying to be responsible... It's kinda laughable.

Just completed at pub crawl and out of every spot they were the most professional in ensuring people were fully vaccinated and following regulations!! The owner was doing his job, and doing a good job at it!!
