The girls in the office are fantastic!! Always super friendly and ALWAYS go above and beyond! We have been going here for years and will continue to for years to come. Everyone in this office have become a part of our family! I can’t forget to mention Dr Collins….. She is hands down the best dr we have ever had. Incredible bedside manner, extremely empathetic, very knowledgeable and funny as heck! I have never felt more comfortable and at ease with a dr in my life! We will miss her so very much when she moves back to Ireland. Truly a gem!
Front desk staff is incredibly rude!! Especially the blonde moa. Each time I've had the displeasure of speaking to her she immediately interrupts with some snappy remarks without really knowing what I'm trying to say. Other staff are much better than her. I honestly don't know how she continues to have a job with the sheer level of disrespect she delivers to patients?!
Dr.Cohen was phenomenal. We were passed on to another doctor when she left and definitely not the same. He doesn’t listen, doesn’t care, and always in a hurry to end the visit. Really hope they get another doctor like Dr.Cohen
Their service is awful! When you call them, instead of connecting you straight to a receptionist, they prompt you to listen to quite few minutes of blah-blahing. This gibberish should be left to the after-hours time, but not to the time when the receptionist should answer the calls directly! Then they suggest to press "1" for receptionist and when you press it, you hear the response "thank you for calling" after which you've got disconnected. And that is called "the fast medical response"!? Come on, give me a break!
Pretty awesome health centre. I find that all the Doctors, and RPNs are amazing. I always feel listened to, and supported. They are also very professional overall. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Great staff - unless your trying to get through by phone! The lunch hours for the phone used to be noon to 1pm. Now it's noon to 1:30 I guess. SOOO FRUSTRATING!
Impossible trying to get through to them on the phone. No "customer service voice" at all.
I seen dr phimister he is very professional, personable and he help me get some quality of life back. The receptionist are always friendly and helpful!
Do not call by phone...
