I ordered a refill on my LP tank, not in a rush, they came the next day! There is a discount for paying within like 10 days. Great company!
I gave your company a chance to work with me on the issue. I felt backed into a corner and honestly was treated very rudely by Heather. I was trying to pay down an account that was not mine, because your company was owed money, it’s the right thing to do for services rendered, even though those services WERE NOT mine. I didn’t even live here until May. I now live in this house, I needed propane, your company would not let me create an account in my name, that’s why I was paying down the account that isn’t mine, so I could get heat this winter. I also was told I couldn’t prepay for winter until the account was zeroed out. So I was FORCED to pay on an account that isn’t mine so that I can have heat for my children this winter. Your company also took my $100 and came and took the tank anyway.
Not good. Takes to long to load.
