I highly recommend...The director calmly and professionally walked me through what I needed to do in a complicated situation involving an estranged relative who passed away suddenly without a will. All the arrangements and contract were done online, including the payment, which made the process not only convenient but safe. Communications with the director was prompt and clear. The whole experience was very positive in a very difficult and confusing situation. One item I would like to mention is that the cost was a little more than the amount listed on the website, but still within a reasonable amount given the nature of the service provided. Very satisfied and grateful for the professional and "human" interaction I received...Thank you!
