Always excellent service from their friendly courteous staff.
Love these guys! Always joyful, always helpful. Much like the sugar crisp cereal I just can't get enough of insurance place.
The service staff are great but very udisappointed at their posted hours they don't fufill. Stated open Saturdays on door and website but not open the two times I tried. Be open or change posted hours!
It is frustrating when a company advertises that they are open but the reality is that they are closed. This company needs to change their published operating hours or honour them. When they responded to my concern they informed me that they were open for walk ins but not phone calls. So if you live in Meadow Lake they are there to meet your needs. If you live out of town you can drive in and have a simple question answered in person!

I’ve always had great service. Kevin V is so helpful, and knowledgeable. He gives you help and advice that puts his customers first.
I've had to wait quite a while for a policy quote but other than that, Affinity is great.
Agent was very helpful in answering my questions and made sure i knew what i was doing on my online account
Never disappointed when i go here, Jolene is great at what she does..
Dumbest people ever. No knowledge of what they are doing. Highly recommended to go to other place. Waste of time.
