I needed a spare key for my Mercedes car simply to gain access to the drivers door and boot if my electronic key failed. Paul was able to provide me with exactly the right key at a good price and was able to obtain the correct specification required online. Very knowledgable and a great service.
Thanks for great support, reassurance and helpful advice when I was struggling with access to my new home. All dodgy keys have been replaced without any fuss, my problems are solved. True craftsman .At a very reasonable price ,Paul made from scratch A replacement to the missing key of the cabinet locks to finish off my latest furniture restoration project .A German piece ,around a 120 years old , 4 lever with an unique barrel pin design ! Not only did it fit perfectly to the lock I left with him he took the trouble to explain me how to do the minor filing adjustments to ensure that the keys will fit the other three lock units on the cabinet . Success for all of them ! Highly recommended and thank you .

Most recent visit to The Locksmiths Shop in Cheam for help with my multipoint locking mechanism which stopped locking out of the blue. Paul always the reassuring trustworthy voice of experience , replaced the gear "bit" for me so I could lock up until replacement ready. Next day picked up and job done, what more could one ask for , highly recommend to anyone that needs locksmith services. Many thanks as always Can
Nick was an absolute legend, cant thank him enough. Locked myself out my house with the key STILL in the keyhole, on my way to do the school pick ups at 240pm. After doing a quick random search on google. When I rang the shop he said he may not able to do it as its not on his way to another call. Then he called me back and literally squeezed me in on his way to another to the other appointment. Honestly, God was on my side as Nick saved me with his professionalism, honesty and mosty his effort. Not to mention He arrived at my house in under 15mins of the call. Didn't need to BREAK anything no drilling and got the job done within minutes. Just excellent. I will forever use their other services from now on....P.S, i arrived 3 mins late to pick up my son.
