I visited Hall Beach in December 1991, during a winter storm.
I was on a military exercise and we stayed in tents for our 2 week "vacation"....we met many interesting locals and enjoyed our time there, except when using the outhouse !

Jukebox in the lobby plays 22 songs! They are all Kiss from a Rose by Seal. The fuel truck guy comes in every hour for a drink at the bar and says "my heater doesn't work". The strangest thing is a small Phillip Seymour Hoffman shrine by the pay phone. The candles are always lit. Honestly no clue how I got to this airport I was going to Hall Beach in Florida.
