Aerie by American Eagle

It was my favorite store back in USA… But i was shocked with service here….. girl just meet us in front, but cant explain even where is our fitting slim straight which wall, cant find sizes, take my jeans and go to storage room and did not come back, same with guy…. Some time in store was like no stuff at all and ppl in changing room stayed big line to wait when somebody open it. Woman Denim laying in mess, difficult find any size. Thanks God it came one professional girl in the end who set visual for men denim, she helped a lot with colors and sizes. Need to improve for rest of stuff.

Showed up 10 minutes before the store closed to return something and the doors were already locked. The employees in the inside saw us and completely ignored us. Horrible service and extremely disrespectful.

One of my favourite store to shop. Kudos to store manager, extremely polite and is a great help. Customer is always been good for me.

Great store, they have good selections. The staff is beyond amazing!!! Maiya and Pascale were extremely friendly and resourceful, I was truly in awe of their patience and how they help everyone in the store. Merci beaucoup beaucoup les filles, j’ai vraiment apprécié votre service!!!
