Advantage Systems Group

I have used Advantage Systems Group three times. The first time I was very impressed. They listened to what I wanted and really went above and beyond. The second time I used them was when I finished my basement. They screwed up but owed up to the mistake and I got a better systems because of it. This last time was a horrible experience. They did not know the system they were installing and basically said I had to figure it out, they broke my universal remote which will cost me $400 to fix, and they called my wife a liar by saying they were their on time but nobody was home. My wife was home all morning. The calling my wife a liar was the final straw. I will not be using advantage systems for anything so much as a troubleshooting question.
