First off...we have no ties whatsoever personal or professional with Advanced Roofing.  We picked out about 5 or 6 companies from the BBB for estimates.  Rod showed up early for the estimate.  An estimator who was a former roofer.  LOVE IT!  A floor man promoted.  A guy who knows from the ground up.  Fantastic Estimate...Even more Fantastic the job they did.  No minimum code here.  Very professional, they kept us in the loop, informed us of ALL options.  Very friendly and VERY professional.  Heads above.  Job done well, clean up was great.  My wife and I are VERY happy.  No run arounds, no excuses, just a job done very well.   Thanks Guys.  And not to omit...the crew was very polite, friendly and pleasant.  It was our pleasure having them work on our roof.  We would definitely use their services again and definitely would recommend them.

These guys were great! They finished the job (new roof) very quickly and cleaned up after themselves every day. We were very impressed with the quality of work. Everyone from the estimator to the roofers themselves were very friendly and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We got a few estimate, and the best price was from Advanced Roof Systems Ltd. We hire them to do the roof. The project was professionally done. Everything was done according for schedule. They cleaned up every thing as if the repair was never done. the picked up all of nails around the house and cleaned our drive very well. Excellent job!!!

I called this group in November 2012 for snow removal on our roof and repair of the eaves trough which was separating from the house.  They quoted me what I thought was a large amount, but felt more comfortable since it included the eaves trough work.

The snow removal was done quickly and efficiently, but the eaves trough work never happened.  I called Gil and Al several times.  Initially, they said they had to wait for the weather to warm up, but once it did and I followed up, they seemed confused as to who I was and had little record of our initial understanding.

Stay away.

If you'd just apologized for the leaky shingling job you did, your endless delays in starting the work, your lack of communication while I waited for you to start the work, cleaned up after yourself instead of leaving a mess of nails and debris all over my front step, not falsely attempted to reference "black and white" agreements that did not actually exist (that was a particularly cringe worthy move on your part)and simply been respectful and pleasant to deal with I wouldn't have bothered to write this review to share all of those unpleasant experiences I've had with your company on the internet.  Instead you threw a certifiable tantrum when I didn't drop everything and rush over to the job site on a moment's notice when you finally got around to finishing the work, without any prior notice to me, weeks behind schedule, after I'd already agreed to pay you.  That's how, Gil, companies that have been in business for over 20 years suddenly find themselves out of business.  The bar for customer service raises and they don't keep up.  Welcome to the internet age, Gil.  I think you'll find customers are a lot more difficult to bully now.
