Advanced Pediatric Dentistry of Hermiston

I always feel like reviews have to be so formal.. but not today!! .. First I'd like to say Ms. Judy is absolutely awesome! Thus far she has never failed to great me with open arms accompanied by a warm smile! Her entire aura is just beautiful which makes every visit super relaxed from the beginning.. Second, my dentist is equally amazing.. I have Always felt so horrible about my smile and from the very beginning he had a solution! He told me that it was nothing that couldn't be fixed and he would try his best to do so! As a matter of fact, all the staff I encountered told me I was a beautiful young lady and my smile was nothing to be ashamed of.. As a person who has Always been petrified of the dentist and just outright ashamed of the appearance of my teeth, every visit has made me feel more and more confident and for that I am very thankful. If you are afraid or just a tad bit ashamed of your smile in any way then I highly recommend this dentist! And if our in need of that motherly feel, ask for Ms. Judy. Today was our first visit for my 3 year old son. I haven't been to a more fantastic dentist for kiddos. The staff and Dr. house were SUPER friendly and very hands on with my son! They helped calm his nerves and made sure that nothing was going to hurt! We just switched from his previous dentist that just didn't seem to care. Night and day with this place! I am very much looking forward for my 2 year olds first appointment next month! Keep up the good work guys! Thank you for such awesome service and care!

The staff is so family oriented and my children are never scared to go the dentist. All of the dentists have been INCREDIBLE!! My kids always talk about getting to go to the dentist and watching a movie or playing a game while being worked on. They always use special wording so they do not scare the kids and it makes things so fun. They let me schedule multiple kids at the same time which is a huge help to me. They even have incentives for kids to brush their teeth and not get cavities. They also have fun drawings To win a prize. This "tooth doctor" as my kids say is the best place to bring your kiddos.

Our experience at Advanced Pediatric is always phenomenal. Our daughters, ages 2 and 5, are always EXCITED to go see their dentist and the techs. They go above and beyond what you would expect. The techs are well educated and are able to answer all questions we have and are able to fully explain what is going to be done during your appointment. They have excellent demeanor with the kids they are taking care of as well as the parents. Overall extremely respectful, I wouldn't take my children anywhere else! I wish I could be seen here!!!

Dr. Craig and the staff are always very personable with my son. The waiting room and exam areas are kid-friendly, with murals and children's movies overhead. The staff also use age-appropriate language like "tickle your teeth" (clean), "take a picture" (X-ray), and "super-hero vitamin" (fluoride) to make the experience less traumatic. They also have some positive incentives built into each visit to encourage good behavior and dental health, but you'll have to make an appointment to find out what that means... :)
