Advanced Level Roofing

We recently had our roof re-done by advanced level roofing. The roof looks great and I am happy with the quality for the price, however communication is a huge problem with this company. We paid our deposit and waited weeks before the materials were dropped off and the roof was scheduled, we had to contact them for updates. The day it was scheduled to be done was extremely windy and they had to cancel, but we had to contact them to find out that information, they did not text or call to let us know. They also started on a Friday and had to come back on the Saturday, which was not ideal but they did at least wait until 9am to get started. Overall I am happy with the work but I think they need to keep their customers better informed.Service: Roof installation
