You will only be seen by an Audiologist, and in most cases, a Doctoral level Audiologist, to ensure that you receive the most optimal hearing healthcare. We do not employ hearing instrument practitioners or dispensers. We will also ensure that you see the same clinician on each visit to our clinic and we will make sure that you are not traded between different clinicians. This is an important aspect of proper hearing healthcare.
We take a stress-free approach with our patients, realizing the sensitivity and acceptance issues that are associated with hearing loss. Everyone is unique and that is the reason why we customize your particular experience directly to you.
