Advanced Eyecare Associates

I've going to Advanced Eyecare Associates for over 20 years and am extremely happy with my exams by Dr. Kimball. I like that they use the latest exam equipment and technology. They have an amazing selection of glasses! Everyone who works there is always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this business.

Exam was great. Getting glasses never happened. Kept waiting and check if glasses arrived, but I don't think they were ever ordered. After 3 weeks, had them send me glasses prescription and am looking elsewhere

GREAT experience! Great selection! Great people! I won't go anywhere else to get my glasses. Everyone here is awesome to work with, very helpful & knowledgeable!

Efficient and Friendly It can seem a bit overwhelming as they lead you from room to room for your exam, but it has always been very efficient with very little waiting. My Dr, Jody Fink, is great.

I've been coming here for many years for contacts and glasses. Finished up with my annual exam and purchased contacts which went just fine. Next, I wanted to get some new glasses. The eyeglasses "area" almost seems like an entirely separate business. These employees must be on a different payroll or something because it's really an entirely different experience. The employees literally walked right by me without any acknowledgement while I was standing there waiting for over 10 minutes checking out the frames. One lady walked right by me to her desk and I had to scoot out of her way so she could sit down but not a single person made any eye contact or said a single thing to me. After feeling ignored, I walked out. Needless to say, I will not be coming back there for glasses and wouldn't recommend them to anyone either. There are plenty of other places in town that would appreciate my business.
