Everything was so good! Surprisingly good the wraps were all so good! I had the best tortilla soup ever! There was so much stuff in the soup crazy! Everything was so affordable too compared to the portion Loved the quesadilla too cheesy and flavourful The staff there was so nice too Highly recommend this Mexican food place! Would go back soon
Wonderful place and one of the only cheap food options remaining on the island. they have a good selection and the food feels authentic, I always go for daily specials like the soup and cheese quesadilla which is on corn tortilla with mexican cheese for only $7. definitely a gem, the only issue is being open wednesday-friday as I'd go there more during lunch breaks if it were open.
A hidden gem. Absolutely the best Mexican food in all of greater Victoria area. It is tucked into the bottom part of the industrial area beside the Co-Op grocery store. It appears like the majority of products are made here and then sent to grocery stores and independents in our area. They sell items frozen or have them pre-made in a deli window and are quickly reheated as customers walk in. They do make foods to order such as the soup, and tacos, breakfast deal, and more. I have never ordered food and been served so quickly. While you're waiting for your order there are some delicious homemade salsa out on the counter for you to sample with the complimentary chips. They are very considerate about gluten free and have everything marked on the menu as such. Tuesdays are definitely your best day to go here because the four tacos for $8.50 is absolutely the best tasting tacos I've ever had and more food than I needed for lunch. Do not expect a full restaurant experience because there are only 4 spots to sit inside the restaurant and 1 outside. That's not a bad thing because that's probably one reason how they keep their cost so low. Based on where the situated it appears that the majority of their customer base are "grab and go" either tradespeople from the industrial area or people grabbing supper on the way home to reheat. The place is about the size of a bakery or a take out pizza joint. There is enough room for people to mingle while waiting for their order and that's about it. There is also no washroom. They have great little dessert items as well. Some they make in store and some which are made from other local Independents. The decor is pretty cool as you can see in the pictures, and they have a large wall of bulk peppers: more Peppers than you could name with a Scoville count beside each one of them. To make their own nacho chips and the best corn tortilla heat at home soft tacos that I have ever had with the simplest & healthiest ingredient list. The chips and burritos they sell to grocery stores, but you can also pick them up in the restaurant. Don't let the lack of seating fool you - it is healthy, fresh, fast, affordable, and very tasty.
Great tasting food, for adults only. I asked to make sure order for my kids 6 y.o. is not spicy, however it was too spicy for them. I tasted it and sure enough it was spicy.
After backpacking around Mexico City, and living off street food, I was disappointed with how bland the food was at Adriana’s. The fish tacos are decent but pretty much everything else is lacking flavour. Even the salsa’s are bland. Something is missing in the food.
Fantastic authentic Mexican eats. It is a gem open Wednesday Thursday and Friday. I cannot express how good the food is so many different options. Definitely come and try.
Awesome food, great price! I will be coming back here forsure.Recommended dishes4 Tacos
What a Gem! My little sister took me to this spot as we happened to be in the area. We both ordered the fish tacos. $11 each and well worth it. They took our order and prepped the food in less than 4min. That’s blazing fast in my books. Especially because it involves deep frying the fish. Good serving size and the taste was fantastic. Crispy fish on a bed of cabbage topped with salsa. All served on a fresh corn tortilla. Mmmm. A benefit of this spot is their “deli” status. No tax on this order. It’s technically groceries. It’s definitely worth popping in here!
The chorizo burrito was so good, filled with rice, beans, corn and sausage and wrapped in a tortilla. The sour cream and salsa cost one more dollar and it is well worth the drive out to central Saanich. Add the chocolate cookie, it was such a filling yet light lunch. The cookie was not sweet like we are used to having here. But the bittersweet taste of cocoa was an awesome finish to the burrito.
Busy place with fantastic food options, great take home freezer meals and wonderful, friendly staff!Food: 5/5
