I wear this to the gym and it has helped me when I do a deadlift or benchpress. My form is so much better and I dont get pain in my shoulders from lifting any more. It literally is like my personal trainer telling me to pull my shoulders back.
Felt the pull of the posture bra, was skeptical at first but when I tried it I wouldnt take it off and wear it under my clothes everyday to work and no one can tell.
I purchased the posture bra it took some time to get used to the straps under my arm but I wear it now everyday and noticed a significant improvement in my shoulders being pushed back and correcting my posture, side note the bra only comes in black but it doesn't really show under my clothing especially if I'm wearing a darker color.
Extremely dissatisfied, I asked them to return the product they never get back to me. Waste of money, they just attached two straps to a shirt. Same as other conventional models it hurts your underarms if you make it tight. If you make it loose it doesn't work at all. Low quality, very expensive, useless, no customer care at all.
I instantly felt the difference when I put the shirt on. Fits comfortably and its easily adjustable. Loved it!
