I seldom encounter passionate retail associate thats willing to go above and beyond but my visit yesterday in Adidas South Common is something i deeply appreciate. The cashier who assisted me had given me probably the best customer service i have experienced in an outlet store. She made sure that i will be leaving the store satisfied and happy despite having a very bad experience in my online order. I didnt got her name but based on the receipt her OPR ID# is: 00508710. My Receipt#:014818.
I was interested in dropping a couple hundred on a new sweat set, but everytime I hit the 'website' icon on Google, it takes me to the app' store I wanted a tracksuit, not your fg app' ok Beat it I'm going to Nike or Puma
Tried calling the store 5 times throughout the day during hours of operation and no one can pick up the phone. Does anyone work there? Guess not! This already leaves the impression that service is or will be completely bad.
I worked for this company and they made my life hell . I was not listened to by a manager that would only attempt to belittle and ignore the problems that I knew were around . The credit for my work was passed off onto others and the pay that I recieved became less and less the more that I worked and I was consistently degraded . If you cherish your money ; your mental health and your self respect ; avoid this place at all costs and do not help profiteering as well as disgraceful business practices . It is a non productive as well as demeaning environment and should have been closed down years ago .
