Called as we needed a tub shower faucet replaced. We had been without water for about 10 days and the company that originally was called out to repair then replace kept delaying and gonna delay another week. Told Troy the issue and urgency as my husband and I work, with the water shut-off in house. He gave me a quote said he would try to squeeze me in the next day if could. He wasn't able to but day after one of the guys called in morning and was out before noon to repair. So grateful for their prompt professional service. Highly recommend them and now know who to call next time.
Ethical, honest, and fair priced. Our hot water heater met it's demise last evening. Troy was very kind on the phone, gave me an estimate and discussed our old units present issues they have experienced with other units like ours, he recommended an upgrade, one with a 6 year guaranteed warranty.. I'd called around for quotes, and found that Troy's was the most reasonable with the new upgrade. We agreed on a time and to my delight they arrived an hour and a half early. The fellows who came in were respectful, thorough and discussed the concerns they found, in detail. We are very happy with their customer service and will call on them again without hesitation.
We called the day before and arranged for them to come help. They checked everything out, addressed the issue and promptly fixed it taking no more than an hour! They were friendly, helpful and most importantly: professional. Plus, the costs are definitely reasonable compared to the other services. If you don't get the gist of this review, i've got nothing but great things to say about these guys.
We have used ADG Kaban Plumbing many times over the years. I am a single Mom and although YouTube is great, sometimes I need a professional. These guys are honest, ethical and on-time. They give you a quote and stick to it. The work is always top-notch and they are kind, cheerful and friendly. I've used them for our dishwasher installation, toilets, sump pumps, outside water tap issues etc. I can't say enough nice things about them. It's very re-assuring to feel like you can trust a business to always help you out like these guys do! Seriously! Thanks so much!
