Fake 5 stars, real experience: 0 stars if possiblenAbsolutely horrible service. Don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews — they do NOT reflect reality. The staff here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only did they damage our vehicle significantly, but they also showed zero accountability or even basic courtesy. No apology, no solution — just pure negligence. This garage caused more harm than help. If there were an option for 0 stars, that’s exactly what they’d deserve. Avoid at all costs.

obviously, after my review, you will see the reply by the owner or whoever is responding to the reviews, apologizing, or maybe not,nMistreatment and very disrespectful person who absolutely doesn't care about people's life in charge of service department Mathieumade me have my truck seats in their yard for 7 days untouched and not even move to do a simple diagnostic, he even gets upset if I call him to follow up which happened only once.nI had to move my truck to another garage to do my job because he wasn't sure if he would do it in the coming days,nStupid me, I trusted him even people told me not to go there just because of him,nAnyway, I had a worse experience of my trucking courier with this place,

What can I say …..nnThey hired me as service manager after everyone one was gone , basically after the storm nnI had one tech working in shop who was at the end of his career 58yo ish named Alain who was a very nice person but only good working on engine before the EPA 2008 who is basically Rod’ engine + a very good mobile tech 30yo ish who was very smart named Jason and a part clerk in the late 20yo ish named MatthewnnThe general director has no plan to hired more staff for covering the 9 doors who was empty and suddenly obe day out of the blue they start using some of my empty doors for warehousing merchandises !!!!nnAfter 1 month in service the general director asked me to get rid of the mobile tech for no specific reason leaving me with a tons of cancellations and after 4 months in service a Friday at 4pm the general director get rid of me nnVery classy and professional!!!!nnBut I’ve met a lot of very competent employees internally such as: J-F the sales rep on the road, my part clerk Mathew who was very smart and Veronique who was multi-tasking covering 2 departments at the shipping/receiving and the warehousing aka logisticsnnthe dude who was the manager at the fuel pump’s department was also a very nice person and also the manager at the electronic’s department was a bit douche sometime but overall was a nice person too .nnUnfortunately that place is poorly managed by a general director who is not a leadership at all but more like a sales rep and who had no interest to investing in the service department.

Fan Hub kit repair for my heavy truck , clearly spoken with manager to pay 740$ for the working time plus the repair kit. The night shift manager came to me 1h and 45 minutes later with an invoice telling me that I have to pay 1 hour extra because the total time to repair was 2h.30,.... but when we spoken it was only 1h.45minn since I came to the shop !!! ,nPROFESSIONAL THIEF.nHe strongly insisted that this was the time spent by his mechanic for the repair, I thought I would go crazy listening to him,at the end i payed extra only to stop arguing and not having to hear his lies anymore , the whole issue was really pathetic and disgusting .
