Adesa Richmond

Adesa has so weird policy first they put a vehicle in run list. When the vehicle is sold in auction then they ask the seller that your vehicle is sold at this amount do you accept this amount. If the seller is not interested in this amount,the deal is cancel. I don't know what type acution is this. This is wastage of time.I don't know who make this policy. First they should ask the seller what is your bottom price that you aspect, then they put the vehicle in run list and sell.

Quick & advanced with online setup.. The fees are a bit high but they have great team and lots of exposure to sell any vehicle! They are very busy and sometimes need to call often to make sure things are on right track.

I bought 4 car from Adesa with BPP and all car was perfect with no issues and cheaper then to buy it from the dealers I really recommend this place to buy a car because they have many car and good price Only one day I bought a Hyundai car with $5000 but they call me next day and they said the bank did not accept the offer and they want $7000 and I really felt frustrated from them because it is action and I get it for 5000 but they did not give it to me :

Review in 2022: Gave a second chance and try to buy a car in Adesa, and had a bad experience again. So you bid for a car and you are the buyer, then you have to wait for the seller to accept your offer. In the afternoon they call you saying that the seller is asking for a higher amount. So the price is not what you bid, but what the seller is asking for this is not an auction This is a waste of time, just buy a car directly with a seller in Craiglist/Marketplace and negotiate directly with the seller and you don’t have to pay extra for the Adesa fee. Such a waste of time Review in 2017: They have private auctions just for dealers on Thursday. So when you go there to check a car on Friday, that is on their website inventory the cars still on the parking lote, but they have been sold already to the dealers. What a waste of time, just the trash cars go to the public auction on Saturday because the good ones has been sold to the dealers first.

DO NOT BUY FROM ADESA I have been ripped off by these people. I bought vehicle that was sold a running & driving vehicle to later find out it has a blown engine. The management and there arbitration department are thieves with moral ethics. This is the place all the dealers send there junk they can not sell off there lot. To the management at Adesa if you read this remember karma is a real thing.
