I had to return some jeans because unfortunately they didn't work out for me from an online order. The lady that processed the return transaction for me at the store came up with a total that was much lower than I had paid for the items. I mentioned it, and she disregarded me. I mentioned it again and again she disregarded me. I left the store, sat in the car to check my receipt and realized that she had missed an item. I go back in an another woman comes to help me, the original lady hid in the back of the store because she must have realized what she did, and wasn't even going to come out after me and ask me to come back in so she could correct her mistake. The second woman processed the transaction, returning me my extra $30+ all without saying a single word to me. No sorry, no have a nice day, nothing. Terrible serice, horrible manners, and a simply inexcusable level of incompetence. I showed the first lady the total of my purchase to show that the refund was $30 short, and she could not be bothered to perform a 5 second checkover of the items she had just processed. It was very obvious that she realized what she had done within the 30 seconds it took me to return to the checkout, but she chose to hide at the back of the store instead of walking out the front of the store to call me back in herself. I won't be returning.
The manager and staff here are the absolute best. They are always so very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your shopping process is as painless as possible taking your chosen clothing to a change room for you, using your name, assisting with bra fittings, assisting with finding other sizes while trying things on, helping track down items/sizes in other stores or at the warehouse, giving honest advice, opening a second cash if really busy, etc.. The store is always impeccably clean, products are well cared for buttoned/zipped/folded/hung back up nicely, and the staff work hard to change the product layout frequently in order to make the store look and feel new throughout the seasons. Products can be pricey at times, but the quality is worth the extra, plus, if you are a savey shopper, you can always find great sales and deals happening often here. The store has always been wonderful with returns & exchanges, as long as you follow the fair guidelines/policies, which are consistent with the vast majority of clothing stores. I am completely baffled by the bad reviews that I have seen: this store is a favourite of mine, because of the way they value you as a customer. Truly, they are appreciated. I had an amazing experience today! I was helped by a very nice lady fitting me for a bra. She was helpful and patient as I was undecided for a bit. I left extremely satisfied! And left with 2 bras!

Extremely rude employees, tried to return something for store credit, had the receipt and tags still on it was given attitude and was told no yet they still sold it, there nice and pushy when you are buying something, when you want to return something there rude
