Went to this location with my newborn today looking for something specific and was not even greeted. Looked around for a while throughout the entire store trying on jackets and still no one around to help. Pushing a stroller and holding over 7 shirts and a jacket I’d expect some help? Nope nothing. Got to the register and had a birthday coupon to redeem and was rudely told that I couldn’t use it on clearance items. I was actually purchasing a regular priced item to use it and again rudely stating that my one regular priced item was “only $78.00” . Well maybe if I had some help I would have spent more. I was expecting to spend $200+ on a jacket but settled with whatever I found first because all I wanted to do was get out of there. I miss the days when a lady by the name Phil worked there. Never see her anymore. Definitely won’t be back.

On average my experience at this location has been great.. until today. I specifically checked online to ensure that this location was open until 6pm on Sunday's, and when I arrived at the door I didn't even think to check the hours sign because I had already confirmed it on the web. I walked in just before 5 and was greeted by a very unpleasant and unfriendly staff member who rudely told me that they were closing in 5 minutes. I apologized for coming in just before closing and told her that I had checked online and it said they were open till 6, she only gave me a rolled eye'd "sorry...its wrong". That was it. I get it that everyone has one of those days at work and that the last thing you want to do at the end of your shift is serve one more customer, especially when it involves having to put away more stuff after they leave. I work in customer service myself, in an industry where when you walk in just before closing, you have to be served (and though I complain afterwards about people not having the decency to come in with enough time to complete their needed transactions,) and if we are absolutely closed already I do not ever turn them away without a sincere apology and a positive reminder of our upcoming weekly hours. If she had at least said something like "i'm sorry for your inconvenience, we open Monday at whatever time" then I wouldn't have gone away feeling so bad. I don't think I'll be visiting this location again any time soon which is unfortunate because the rest of the staff have always been pleasant and the experience has always been wonderful. But i'm afraid that First impressions are Lasting impressions.
