All our sausages are made using old world recipes, cooked & smoked at the perfect temperature giving them a distinct and savory flavor.

We have over 100 varieties of deli meats, which include ham, salami, bierwursrt and other hard to find European cold cuts.

Choose from a wide variety of Beef & Pork cuts or have our master Butcher help you select and cut a premium piece of meat.

Last 2 weeks of December are crazy busy, but one can see that the entire staff is down to it and doing their best. Kudos Maria! Prices did go up depending on the product, just like everything else these days. If you want to take your time and truly browse and get info of the home made products, avoid lunch hours! All in all, awesome experience!
Small, family run business with European specialties as well as variety of sausages and fresh meat, mostly pork. Clean and personal service, makes it our favorite! Lots of parking and easy reach unlike the impossible area on the market!

I was a regular customer and I will never give them my business again. Walked into the store and their number machine for the deli counter would not dispense any tickets. Seeing as it was not busy and there have been instances where you can wait your turn to order as I have had in weeks prior. Today this was not the case, I was over looked for service when it was my turn to place an order at the deli counter as many other customers had then leaped ahead once the ticket dispense machine was fixed. I made the decision to leave the items I intended to purchase and my walk out of the store. It was in that moment where the cashier acknowledged what had happened and I replied “Too late”
Adams Sausages is located at 1437 Michael street in an industrial area near St Laurent shopping mall. This deli specializes in Polish and Germany cured meats and sausages. The store is clean, prices are fair, the food tastes fresh and good. When the weather and the covid pandemic gets better it will be awesome to enjoy one of their sausages on their freshly baked buns sitting on one of their picnic tables outside. Maybe you will enjoy that too. Also when cooking up their sausages, cook a few extra as they taste great cold the next day right out of the fridge. Mmmm
I waited at the deli counter for over 10 minutes and nobody ever served me, meanwhile the two customers that got there 5 minutes after me got served. Service is TERRIBLE! Everyone that works there looks so miserable and unfriendly. The only friendly one there is the guy working the cash register. You guys just lost a regular customer.
