Third is easily the best Moroccan food in town, possibly some of the best food, period. I haven't had better Tajine anywhere else in Montreal. Three owners are super welcoming and the place has its own rustic charm but the food is the real reason to eat there.
Serving Authentic small and simple Moroccan Restaurant. Serving homemade delicious food at reasonable price. My 3rd time here. Ifound the staff to be friendly and hospitable, but you have to be patient a bit as the service is slow due to elderly staff. I recommend Tajin Couscous with Lamb. Must at the end is kittle of Marrocan Tea green tea with fresh mints. Kid-friendliness: Warm and friendly elderly staff. Just be patient a as the savory food made with love takes a bit of longer time to make with Love!
This restaurant deserve 5 starssss ! The staff are hardworkers !!!! The food is amazing! Like at home! Morrocan home! Desert and sweets are the best! And during ramadan time the food is a complete buffet! Try the chicken couscous for an everyday meal! This place is amazinnnnngggg!
The worst Moroccan food I have ever had. The place is rundown and smelly. The washroom is disgusting. We got lamb couscous that was still cold. We asked for them to heat up the meat it was like it was taken out of the fridge and put on the plate. No flavour. I got beef with olives and potatoes and it was soooooo spicy I could not eat it. I dipped one little piece of bread in and my eyes started watering. We mentioned to one of the ladies she said no it’s only a little spicy. Initially we asked for a menu and they didn’t have just pictures up at the front. I wanted chicken couscous but they didn’t have. No prices nothing. She charged me for the untouched meal and the other one that only have a few mouthfuls taken. Don’t wast your money. We drove all over for this one definitely not worth it
Good couscous. Amazing to see how the lady serving food welcomes customers despite her lack of French or English. It gives you a sense of how difficult must be for some older adults to have to learn not one but two languages. The only crucial tragedy at this place is the dismal conditions of the bathroom. A bit of soap, water and a sponge could do miracles there.
This is the worst Moroccan restaurant I’ve ever seen in Montréal. If I could give them -10 I would do because they don’t deserve this star. I was craving djaj mhamer and wanted to take advantage of my stay in Montréal to taste a delicious meal but unfortunately it was not the case. First of all, the local is not clean at all, I was about to throw up just because of the smell. They gave us a chicken from the day before , they did not bother themselves to warm the food enough or to ask us if we want a whole chicken or just half of it. As soon as I saw the chicken I said to my husband to leave right away and when my husband went to pay the bill the owner did not care at all he took the money without asking why we are leaving , the most important thing for him is money without thinking about quality and customers. Poor customer service
Quality hugely dropped. There was no sauce in the tajine I bought. I was all dry like it was heated multiple times and definitely not worth the price. Very disappointed.Food: 1/5
The food was amazing and tasty The service was great
Delivery: the seafood and chicken bastela which were a delicious blend of ingredients and well presented. The veal tajine and the lamb couscous were overcooked so the meat didn't have much flavour. The kefta tajine was alright. The bread was good but might be better if it was slightly crispier.
Small and modest family restaurant but they have the most delicious lamb couscous in Montreal. You must give him a try you will not regret for sure!
