I'm delighted with the exceptional care my rabbit, Leo, received at this vet clinic. The staff demonstrated genuine expertise and compassion during the neutering procedure and kept me up to date the whole time. The facility is really clean, and the follow-up instructions were clear. No matter how many times I called before, during and after the procedure the staff were always happy to help answer the questions I had. I appreciate their dedication to the well-being of Leo and highly recommended!nnI was promised a follow up call a couple days later that I didn’t receive. But no worries cause Leo recovered perfectly and is so happy now.
A wonderful clinic. Love Dr. Nancy! They got me in right away with my cat who had a UTI. I was a new client and so was especially happy they could get my Maddie in. Maddie is back to her spry, happy self
I did not end up having an appointment at this vet as we found something for Saturday luckily, but the person I spoke to on the phone Friday was extremely helpful in tentatively booking an appointment for Monday if we were unable to find anywhere to get an emergency dental surgery for our cat. She gave us a lot of solid advice on feeding in the meantime and was highly empathetic about the situation. Thank you so much!
Just wanted to give an amazing shout out and thank you to Dr. Dev, Dr, Stephan and each and every member of the team, for seeing our frenchie on short notice who suddenly had hives, diarrhea and vomiting.nnFrom front desk to behind the scenes, every member of the Acton Veterinary team is courteous, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and they really do treat our pets as if they were their own.nnThank you again for the amazing care we received today and always!.
I wish we had found this clinic earlier. Callie and Jessica at the front are super nice and great with the “clients”. All the vets were excellent and I think we ended up seeing them all. Special thanks to Dr. Nancy who helped us say goodbye to Molly. Amazing doctor. We are thankful to this clinic for all they did for our pup. Just wish we’d found it sooner
