I have taken my cat to this clinic for many years. The staff, technicians and veterinarians are always friendly, helpful and provide excellent care. Three years ago my cat had to undergo major surgery. Under the care of Dr. Hess and his staff, she recovered beautifully. Trust me, it is worth the drive to Acton.

We are just so overjoyed to find a vet that really cares and means it. Worth the drive to Acton. Dr Stephen Hess spent so much time with us and explained so much. We were in no way hurried out like most vet clinics will do. Our dog just loved Dr Hess, lol. When we went to leave he started to follow the doctor and forgot about coming with us. Yes at last we have found a vet that we can trust and feel so comfortable with. A Huge thank you to Dr. Stephen Hess and his staff.

Acton Veterinary Clinic is the only clinic I trust with my pet, each and every visit I feel at ease as Dr. Hess takes the time to thoroughly explain every detail to me. I am always greeted kindly by the front desk and I have even had Dr. Hess and the team follow up to ensure all is okay. Highly recommended!

i would like to thank Dr.Hess and his staff for there hospitality and great service they provided for me yesterday. This veterinary clinic takes the time to really take care of your loved ones. My baby girl Diamond got so sick 3 days after delivering 7 beautiful puppies with bloody diarrhoea and vomiting Dr.Hess and staff took her in with no questions asked even after closing time they all stayed!!!!!!. How many vets do you know that will do that.? After he looked over diamond he them took care of all the pups. He really takes the time to answer all your question and he stays calm, which helps, so would i recommend this veterinary clinic ABSOLUTELY . I just found my new vet.

When dealing with my dog i needed to feel like she getting the best care possible and thats what you get at this clinic. My dog came out feeling great after having a small procedure and with some great advice and a follow up call from the Vet all is good again. Could not recommend high enough. A***
