I called to make an urgent appointment today because of a serious burn that wasn't healing, only to find out that I had been removed from the patient rolls without being informed. Apparently my PCP left the practice which is not uncommon, but instead of informing me of this fact and establishing me with a new doctor they just silently marked my account as inactive.nnSo now I am left with an urgent medical problem and no one to see me.
I’ve been going here my entire life. I love my doctor and want to see him about an issue. Your process to book an appointment is impossible. When I reach somebody I am told it will have to be booked through the nurses station and get transferred. I tried this 3 times and the wait was way too long to talk to them. I even tried the online portal to request an appointment, left a message because I couldn’t sit on hold with 10 people in front of me and now we are past 3 days the message says it will take to get a call back. This really needs to be fixed and at this point I am just going to go be seen at an urgent care.
Worked here 15 years ago and when I had children, decided to bring them here. My son has been going here for 14 years and my daughter 7. Their specific pcp is great but I can’t tell you how many times we’ve come to see them for urgent care never see pcp except for physicals and they have missed diagnosed my kids. My daughter has had pneumonia twice which the urgent care docs have missed and told us lungs were clear only to end up admitted in the ED.nnAsside from that, the phone system is horrible. No matter what the need or urgency is for your call there’s a minimum of a 30+ minute wait. Ive complained to their pcp on multiple occasions and he keeps saying that it’s getting better. Its been two years and i think its ways worse. We are at a point where i cannot support this dump of a place bo matter how great their pcp iswhen we see him anyways
I have been seeing Dr. Sharkutanyan at this facility since 2020 and it has been a very positive experience. It is hard to get someone on the phone or schedule an appointment, however if you leave a message through the healthcare portal, I always received a call back within 48 hours. She has been very thorough with my health concerns. The lab and imaging center is very convenient too. I am giving one star less because they could do a better job with the cleanliness of the building, specifically the rest rooms .
I’ve been twice to this facility with severe cold , sore throat symptoms in the past 4 months. They just test for everything, they come negative.. and that’s it. They then treat as if I don’t have anything and never give me any medications after that even though I requested for and mentioned i have been suffering for over a week with the symptoms. Just waste of money and time, definitely not going here anymore.
