My daughter made an appointment for a massage in Banff. She was not advised that the massage was not located in Banff. She showed up at the Banff site 10 minutes ahead of her appointment. The office was closed, we called 4 times prior to getting someone to answer the phone. Was then advised that the appointment was in Canmore. This was not mentioned in the booking phone call. The confirming email was sent to a high school email address, my daughter is entering a Masters program in January. We are being charged a no show fee for an error on the part of the booking person. Do not use this service. They do not take any accountability for their errors. If I could give them a negative rating -4 stars, I would.
