Very friendly people easy to deal with  very trust worthy.

Always quick and polite!

Sheena I think and/or her daughter forgot name are two of the best that I have dealt & experienced in the game. Very simple, straight forward, and consistently solid with customer service, info and knowledge. My car and travel insurances are handled smoothly with ease.

Provide misinformation also over charged me insurance premiums. Had to call ICBC to get a refund. Never again...
