I went here for an oil change with my dad. The staff were so nice and friendly and excellent customer service. Shout out to Tony for the amazing customer service and giving us idead when to buy and use a new rim in seasons. They save us from getting in an accident by letting us know that there were major problems with the car. A loose rod and cracked belt. Left brake lights not working and alignment problems. I did my alignment to the Canadian Tire but it was not aligned properly, they said. I would never ever trust Canadian Tire again for servicing my car, period. Totally disappointed. It's still under the 90 days warranty but when we went it there to make a claim. They said, that we won't be able to make a claim and do an alignment again for free of charge. I would recommend Active Green + Ross when ur doing an service/maintenance to your car. I would come again for the next oil change and etc.

Always bring my vehicle here even though I live in a another city as its the the only honest shop that I'm aware of. My Mercedes CLA 250 needed major service - full brakes done in the front in back/alignment/engine flush/sparkplug replacement and had a bad unknown squeal that I couldn't pinpoint. The shop was able to get estimates and fix everything in less than 24 hrs which is amazing. They were even able to fix the squealing without charging more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your vehicle here. Mercedes would have charged 10x more. Always Always Always happy with the service I get from Active G+R.Services:&nbsp;Brakes

Whether it is an oil change, undercoating, tires or brake work they scheduled the work, completed the task efficiently and professionally and in a reasonable timeframe often while we waited. They were amazing. I was driving up to the cottage and saw a tire pressure warning. I pulled in to Active Green and Ross around 1:30pm in Friday afternoon and they had me back on the road by 2:10pm, tire plugged. The service manager was extremely helpful.  Thank you!!

I had rented a trailer, but when it was attached to my vehicle, the electrical connection was broken preventing the signal lights on the trailer from working.  The renter determined that the issue was with my vehicle, and wouldn't let me leave with the trailer until I had it repaired.  I was very anxious to have the trailer that day, since a whole bunch of other activities and commitments depended on it, so we left, drove around and happened to spot this Active Green+Ross on Evans Ave.  I wasn't hopeful about a quick repair, but we went in and I explained the situation to Tiziano.  He examined the setup, found the replacement part, had it delivered, and got the repair done within three hours, allowing me to go back to the U-Haul place and get the trailer.
