I love how the office is always clean and presentable. The staff is warm, friendly and accommodating. Jean always makes me go home feeling 100x better while Jaya and Giselle take turns having talks with my young son while I get my treatments. Overall really feels like a family vibe. Thanks Optimo :
This clinic is very well ran, the staff are very nice and very helpful In helping you get back in the right form. The clinic is clean and have a great selection of services. Dr Arash, Salomi, Jaya, and Ghazal were all very helpful in my recovery journey. Definitely recommend this place!
My experience has been nothing but exceptional. Jaya is always helpful and accommodating. Dr. Arash Shokouhi is highly skilled. His treatment is thorough and effective. You’re guaranteed to be well taken care of with their outstanding service.

Very clean space. Staff are friendly and efficient. Jean and Solomi sorry if I misspelled are very good at providing physio treatments and suggestions for healing. Jaya is very accommodating when I've had to reschedule appts on the same day. Overall, highly recommend this location.

The clinic has been very helpful in getting me back to normal after my accident. Dr. Sood offers great exercise recommendations and performs body adjustments based on your comfort level. The staff is awesome and goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend people to use this clinic.
UPDATE: while they contacted me to resolve the first issue, they said they would leave on file a complimentary massage session. I called to schedule this massage session and they said it wasn’t a massage, it was a complimentary physio session. Not understanding why I would need that when I’ve never done physio with them. Just alot of miscommunication. It’s quite disappointing UPDATE: They contacted me to resolve the issue and all is good now! I’m glad that they followed up and were able to assist me. ***** Wow!! I am very disappointed in the customer service they provide. I was last there in February and at the end of my massage I wanted to pay the difference that was not covered by my insurance plan, because the girl didn’t know how to use cash she said next time you come in pay for it then. Obviously I haven’t been back because the pandemic.. they sent me to collections to pay the fee. Not even an attempt to contact me to pay the bill, just straight to collections. I will be there on Monday to pay my remaining amount and I will not return!! What a horrible experience
