This was my first time to come to Action Tires. They have fantastic customer service we talked to Ashley on the phone and she was very professional and knowledgeable. I came in to do my tires and an oil change and met the manager Tony he was amazing very polite and professional, makes sense why the staff are so wonderful. Gave very good advice and were very reasonable.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!nI came in for a simple tire rotation a few days ago. After the service, on my drive back home, my tire popped!!! After checking my tires to find the issue, I realized that my tires were filled 20 psi above the maximum psi needed for my tires. I had a great experience with the owner, however cannot say the same about the workers after experiencing this loss. Over filling tires is unacceptable and very unsafe. Be sure to check you cars before leaving!!!
My go to for tires, no Chinese junk and great value. Been a customer for years! Always take care of me and I leave satisfied every time! Keep up the great work guys!! Thanks!
