They are good and helped us a lot, and fees are good. If they argued with you there was a reason. HR Block and Jackson Hewitt never did a good of a job as them. Love local small businesses.

I'm definitely never going here again. The lady who owns this business literally started arguing with me when I was getting my taxes done. I own a small business, and she was telling me I couldn't claim for things, ect. I decided to go to H&R Block this year and I got much more back in returns. There is a reason this place is extremely cheap. You get what you pay for. The inside of their establishment is extremely dirty as well. It stinks of a retirement home. It's not a comfortable place to sit in. I wouldn't of had such a problem with these people if they hadn't been so rude to me on numerous occasions. I went there for many years, but I've had enough. Don't waste your time going here.

People are friendly and informative. Fees are fair and lower than most places in Eau Claire. I highly recommend. So much easier, faster, and accurate than doing your own.
