Absolute TERRIBLE customer service. They called me a day before my appointment to warn me that if I had the intention of using a Groupon coupon that I couldn’t because I had already used one during a DIFFERENT promotion. I had carefully read the fine print beforehand and nowhere did it state that if I had already purchased a Groupon coupon during a prior promotion that I couldn’t buy and use another one. They’re desperate to find clients but then when they do, they push them away.
Professional, caring, considerate and informative. Excellent service all around. Jennifer, Stefania and Steven, thank you for helping me to understand not to be afraid of physiotherapy treatments or CSST. Gentle, gradual process to healing. Not at all aggressive like I thought it might be.
