I was in so much pain, sometimes I couldn't move or take care of my daughter. I would get massages, I've seen osteopaths, kinsiotherapist, chiropractor, none of which could help fix me. The chiropractor stopped our sessions himself saying they're wasn't anything he could do for me. I felt lost and discouraged but then tried physiotherapy with Christopher. He was so kind and caring and very knowledgeable and passionate. He really wanted to help and he did. It took a lot of sessions but we both put in the work and I'm living a much better life. Im so happy that I finally found physiotherapy, and Christopher.

Very clean environment; COVID precautions taken. Easy to get an appointment. Excellent service from the receptionist to the physiotherapist, Joseph Scalia, who was very knowledgeable and helped with my right shoulder pain - exercises recommended by him performed daily and seemed to help relieve the pain. Thanks Joseph!!

Truly an incredibly talented team, and overall amazing experience in every way. I was seen on the same day following a sporting related knee injury yesterday, and from the moment I walked in, it was evident that Julia C and the team were genuinely committed to assure the best possible care and recovery. The initial assessment spanned approximately two hours, over which time, my amazing therapist Julia ran a thorough assessment, took all the time needed to explain the injury and expected recovery plan, and in fact, even spontaneously took the time to provide a full lesson on the anatomy of the knee including visual effects. I honestly can’t say enough great things about Julia, but I can confidently say that personas as amazingly genuine as hers make the world of difference, and in fact, I only wish that every medical professional in the world could be half as great! If like me, you find yourself reading this review because you are uncertain where to start following your injury, I can confidently tell you that the assessments and treatment plans provided at this clinic far exceed anything you can expect from a general clinic or hospital; and that you will breath your first sigh of relief within minutes of walking in. They staff here is so friendly, I had Stephanie treat my shoulder. I tought my shoulder would never come back to normal after my injurie, Stephanie exceeded all expectation and my shoulder is as good as new. I also had issues with vertigo and I was treated by Kevin. Great guy super friendly and within a few sessions he was spot on. We did a few sessions with a few followups and everything disapeared.

Amazing Clinic! Very professional & friendly staff. Extremely knowledgeable. Alessia di Carlo is an amazing physiotherapist and an overall sweet person and empathetic. She is also very organized. She resolved my issue and I'm back to feeling great!

I suffered a grade 2 hamstring strain after hyperextending my knee in a soccer game. Was very concerned about my leg healing back to 100%. It took between 4-5 weeks of dedicated work but Chris at action physio sport RDP really helped me rebuild strength, mobility and confidence in my knee. Thank you!

My experience was awesome! Very welcoming environment and great staff. Had Chris and Kevin help me with my knee and shoulder pain. The “at home exercises” were also easy to do and required no equipment at all which was very helpful for me. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place, friendly staff, but most importantly, Chris is fantastic at his craft. I've done some physio in the past, and most of the time the results were negligible.
