I've had unusual back issues for a long time and never really addressed them. I chose to to go to Action Physiotherapybeen going here over the past several years several weeks ago to get treatment and Juli has been very helpful and patient with me, and helped me with my recovery.

Yvonne is fantastic!  Highly recommend her expertise and ability to figure out the root of the problem.

Hands down the best physio I have ever gone to . Resa is very smart when it comes to manual therapy and the exercises she gave me are great . She has a wide range of treatments and definitely does more than just give exercises . If you're looking for a physio go see her!

Can't say enough good about Action Physio.  They've helped me with my ankle, quads, hip flexor, shoulder, and back, which lets me keep on playing sports and being active.  Highly recommend them.

Went to Action for trouble with my knee from a sport related injury. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and organized. Resa was great with treating my knee and showing me excersises I could do on my own and at home. Would recommend for anyone who needs physio!

They’ve helped me on several occasions when my neck pain was so bad I couldn’t even move and when I thought I sprained my ankles beyond repair. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Always on time, professional and caring. Whenever I have an injury, I always go to Action Physiotherapy to receive the best care possible.
