Finally decided to get central air installed. Called Action Furnace and Ahmed got back to me within a day or two. We set an appointment for him to come out and give me a quote and he arrived on time, provided options, and recommendations and provided the quote within an hour. It was refreshing to deal with such a good salesperson; no pressure, explained and answered questions and he knows what he's talking about. On the install date the installers arrived on time and were able to get the job done in a timely manner. There was a small crack in my siding caused when the access hole was drilled, but they sealed that up and it's almost entirely covered by the protective casing where the lines and wire enter my house. So far no issues, we will see how it goes during the winter. I'm in an older house so there were a few electrical challenges during the install, but they were quick to troubleshoot and when they left, everything was working great; they actually fixed a few pre-existing issues with my furnace and electric during the installation at no additional cost. I appreciate them going the extra mile to ensure everything was correct and safe. Also had some issues during the duct cleaning service but again the Action team sent a tech to fix the issue as soon as possible and within a few minutes the tech had everything working. I was very impressed by how professionally they deal with concerns and how quickly they take action to resolve them. The whole team was respectful, neat and completed the job in a timely manner, without cutting corners. Great company to deal with, and I recommend them.
We have used Action for AC install and most recently a furnace and water heater Install and both time service has been fantastic with friendly , informative techs and great sales guys , Warren and Cam were great with the most recent install and couldn't ask for any better , on time and easy to communicate with and got the job done quick and earlier than expected. We did go with Action even though their pricing was a little higher than a competitors because we were confident with the work they did and the support they have given us in our experience.
Just had duct cleaning done by Joseph. Very polite and personable. He took the time to explain the process prior to cleaning as well as the inspection afterwards. The cost for the cleaning is excellent, another company was quoting mandatory costs that were not necessary and more than double for my bill with Action Furnace. Would definitely recommend Action Furnace
