Great place and very friendly staff. I took in a key that was bent and I was not sure was able to be straightened and copied, which they did. Quickly. As a disabled person that relies on that key for my bike that gets me around, i truly appreciate their service.Thank you very much

I walked in with a key that was shredded into three pieces. It was the day of my move and my closing date for my condo. What a time for my key to disintegrate from turning the lock so many times. Of course all I have are my main keys with no wallet. So I head to Acme and tell them the story. The head guy spends about 20 minutes reciting technical jargon (from my hearing perspective) to his staff, and with some fine filing and number crunching, I was given two keys to try. He refused money (my ashtray coins) and wished me a good day and good luck. So I drive home with this being my second last option and hoping that I wouldn’t need the last. I put the key in and...well I noticed that it didn’t go in as far as it should...so I filed the end of the key on the cement stair in the stairwell...tried again, and voila, inside I go with a sigh of relief! Thank you Acme in Scarborough for helping me out. I will recommend these guys all day long.

A Key Master! Impeccable service. The key I needed cut was not the standard cut and the gentleman had it ready before I could blink. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend. 10 stars.

I had to order several Haworth keys and I'm located in Dallas, Texas! John and his team were great and I got my order a few days early. Everything was great and you CAN NOT beat their prices!

Visited this store today; staff was very respectful and their service was good; They made duplicate key for my mailbox and it is working perfectly fine. I recommend anyone who want to make duplicate key, please visit there and don't waste your time here and there. Thanks n hav a good one.
