Greg was very professional and gave an honest recommendation that we not implement an expensive change. He gave his time to come out and talk to us, but didn't get immediate business from us. However, we will be coming back in future and recommend others do as well.

We have used Ackerman Plumbing and Heating numbers of times. Each time our experience with their services is wonderful. Always professional, courteous and friendly. I will always use these guys when I need plumbing or heating needs. Thanks Greg, Joe, Jared and Bill you guys do great work!

Ackerman Plumbing & Heating is a very customer friendly company. They are very good about being prompt in returning calls and showing up when they say they will. Had a new furnace installed which promptly quit working, which is in no way a reflection on them, most likely a manufacturing problem, so now for the test to see how quick and efficient they are in resolving the situation...thank goodness it's not winter yet. The problem was promptly fixed, and I got a follow-up call to make sure all was ok with the furnace. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs.
