I called and was able to make an appointment very quickly to be seen by Dr. Gatenby about an infection in my cuticles. The doctor was incredibly nice and helpful, and even when he had to do a procedure on my toes and my anxiety was going crazy, he reassured me and helped me calm down and feel much better. The ladies at the office are also all incredibly nice. I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough, seriously great staff and great doctors!
Attended 1st appointment with Dr. G. MANN. The operation loses a star for very small crowded waiting room however the location has parking and there is a convenience store downstairs as well as a small cafe. MOST IMPORTANTLY my appointment was almost on time and Dr Mann was very gentle and carefully reviewed my problems with me. He listened to my questions and explained his treatment plans. I came away feeling informed, and understood. Clearly a true professional my consultation was over in 20 minutes but i did not feel rushed at all. I absolutely will return.
So far. So great! A+ I've been to another foot clinic in the nw, this location explained my situation fully addressed my issue and set me up with a plan moving forward. I saw Dr.Purych regarding some foot pain, heel pain and corns. Solved. Thanks a bunch!
Definitely 5 stars for this place! First off, I had called to get an appointment and the receptionist was amazing. She had empathy for my concerns and was able to get me in the next day. We met with Dr Mann, amazing again. His bedside manner was impeccable, he was very informative and understood my concerns and eased my mind very quickly. And lastly the reception staff again were great again to deal with in person with their friendly attitudes and fast responses. I definitely enjoyed my experience at this clinic and the friendly, informative service was great to see!
If I can put more starts I definitely would do it. From te person at front desk to the doctor. The service was exceptional!! I felt so calm and my nervousness fade away. The doctor explain to me everything and was super profesional and friendly. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.
I called to office, but waited waited to speak a real person but I lost hope after 25 mins wait ، then I left a message regarding the cancelation of my appointment. Never going back to this foot clinic.
I was very impressed with Dr. Mann. He takes the time to actually explain what's going on with your feet. Very personable and professional. Finally I found someone to help me about my bunion. Highly recommend.
I will never not reccomend Archilles foot clinic. I had an incredible experience here a few years ago with Dr Mann. I waited years to deal with my ingrown toenails after watching my brother's horrible recovery at another place, but Dr. Mann was absolutely wonderful, and I regret waiting so long. My ingrowns have never come back thanks to Archilles. I send all of my friends here when they have ingrown toenails because of how much I appreciated my experience here.
I went here because I had diabetic foot ulcers. The Dr here talked to me about wearing socks and shoes at all times and checking my feet every day. I already knew this. Then she had an assistant roll up some gauze and wrap it around my toe - then the assistant made an extra wrap for later. That was it. For this I was charged $80.00. Never going to a private clinic again. Sheldon Chumir Wound clinic is so so much better. Better doctors - that do a lot more to help you heal.
I booked an appointment for my daughter for 1:30. I was there at 1:34. The lights on Elbow were malfunctioning blinking red. I thought I was still within a reasonable time frame for the appointment. I was asked to fill out the demographics form. I was filling it out when the receptionist informed me I was too late and would have to reschedule. I asked are you sure? The appointment is for 1:30, do you want to ask? She said "I already asked, the appt was for 1:10, the Dr. will not see you." I asked again "are you sure, because I'm not coming back." She said "yes, I asked". I left and I am now writing this. Horrible service. I will find a better place to take my business.
