Billy did a great job repairing my broken pendant light fixture - got the work done fast, was easy to communicate with, made good recommendations for replacement, and came prepared. I highly recommend them for any repairs around the home!
I have had Billy out for two different issues now. Both times he was professional and quick to resolve things. Easy to communicate and accommodating with scheduling. Would highly recommend!
Working with Billy was extremely easy and I am happy. We were scrambling to find a carpenter who could move quickly on a half-day project and he was able to get back to me, come on site to check it out, provided an estimate which we went back and forth on that evening and the job was completed 2 days after that and I am very happy with the job. Both super quick and good quality!
Had a window issue that they came in and repaired well - even on a weekend. Timely communication and efficient work, will definitely hire them again in the future and recommend them others in downtown Vancouver as well
I’ve been working with Billy for nearly 3 months now. Billy has done great work on drywall repairs, handyman work and property maintenance. I work with a lot of trades at the property management company I work for - he’s been a pleasure to work with and is fairly priced as well. Quick and fast! Definitely recommend his services.
Billy Gray came to fix a few issues around our home and was absolutely wonderful. He was quick and professional and handled all of our issues. All of which was great, but the really special thing was his courtesy. We have a 2 year old that was home when Billy came to do his repairs and he made a special point of using kid safe paint to do touch ups, and a safe oil rather thant WD-40 to lubricate some sticky tracks. It's those kinds of little touches that I just want to acknowledge. Thanks, Billy and Ace Projects!
Great service! Billy fixed our door problem very quickly and helped with some other issues we had around the house. Great communication and flexible accommodation!
I met with Billy on December 12, 2023 and he did a fantastic handyman job where I had a laundry room door that needed fixing as the track groove was broken. I would personally give him 5 stars all round. His communication was effective as we were able to meet quickly to fix the issue I had. He was kind, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family.
Billy was proactive, turned up on time and worked steadfastly to complete the job required. Billy and his team were hard working and personable and cleared the site to perfection. Would certainly work with Ace Projects Contracting again.
