We called because we were unable to make our appointment on time and ended up rescheduling for a different day. They charged our card full price of plane rental, instructor, and fuel. Which was over $300. We tried to talk to the owner to work out a partial credit or something because our son wanted to continue his flight training, but he refused to talk to us much less negotiate an arrangement. I guess they didn't need any more business.

We missed our appointment for our flight we rescheduled and they still charged us full price and would not give us credit
