Received a letter from this “company” saying I owe $65 in brokerage fees for UPS. I received my package 5 months ago and have paid all the fees. I knew it was suspicious as soon as I saw the letter.. why i would willing put down my credit card information on the same letter to mail back? Tried to call UPS and they couldnt even help. Dont bother paying.

Scam asking for credit card details. I received this on behalf of UPS, saying that they have been trying to contact me for months, clearly they haven't. They only provide you with an address or a fax number. Do yourself a favor and just throw the paper out.

Never used UPS in my life, got a bill & letter from them that i owe $22.48 towards UPS - Brokerage. Called them waited for 30 mins no body answered . Emailed them got auto reply that they received the details but nothing after that. Its seems like a Scam as when you have nothing to do with UPS . Where the hell came the unpaid bill.

Rms is working with companies who are involve in scams. Received a phone call that we are calling rrom ups but they way they talked was very specious. Asked me to provide them my credit card information because the i order a packge for that i have to pay shipment. I told them i never order anything for that i have to pay any shipment. I refused over the phone. They said we will than return this package to sender. I said ok good. Next day on my door step i found an envelop from ups. My bad luck was i opend that and found 10 or 15 useless stickers. Some has rocket photo and some has frog and other things. Later i received a letter from ups of unpaid $14 bill. I again ignore than few days back i received a letter from rms. Rms why you guys are working for scam??? I also dont find any good reviews for this compnay on BBB. I am now taking this thing seriousley.

Never heard of this place before... And never miss any bill payments especially duties when a package comes from USA to me in Canada. Anyone care to explain to me how i owe money but have the package that was delivered to me 6+ months ago? Thought they had to have the duty payment before releasing a package lol... These letters seem like a scam to me .

Communications look like a scam. They will say they have previously contacted you when they havent. they want you to send them your CC information including security code! via a handwritten form. If they have contacted you on behalf of UPS just call UPS.

Scam. I attached the body of the letter here. Confirmed with UPS that this company is not in a contract relationship with UPS.

Scam, Never trust this. Whatever they sent to you such as letters or anything elses that let you fill the form with your private credit cards details or anything else about your banking informations. SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!NEVER TRUST THEM!!!

Received a letter claiming I owed money for UPS brokerage on a UPS account I have not used since 2012. NO contact whatsoever from UPS about it in 8 yrs. Tried emailing and phoning but both do not work.

So glad I found out this is a scam. I've already paid them $14.96 for the first letter I received but got suspicious when I got another asking for the same amount. SCAM - I hope their families burn in hell.
