If it were possible to give no stars I would have. I used to love this storage rental place and then it was bought by these new owners. Now they've raised the prices ridiculously, they're customer service is nowhere near where it used to be and I have to pay for a protection plan, even though I have renter's insurance. As soon as I can I will be moving my things. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

What an amazing place very friendly, fast took the time we needed to look and made it very effortless thank you 😊 plus we got one month free which is awesome thank you 😊

Moved out in March, it's almost August and still have not yet received my refund for my damage deposit and half a month of rent. It keeps getting "lost in the mail" extremely unprofessional.

Beware of renting here.  I have rented there for approx 1 month and have been broken into already.
