This is, by far, the best Access Nova Scotia location I have ever been to. The staff are fast, friendly, and excellent at their jobs. Bravo!
I had a terrible experience there with the person who served me. There was a late charge of $39.00 on a winter parking ticket I received in 2024. I asked for paper work for proof, and at first was refused. I was finally given the paper work, so I can check it out. When I paid the ticket at the court house in Halifax there was no mention of a late charge.nI said to the person, you don't have the right to demand $39.00 and not give paper work for it.
I recently moved to Nova Scotia and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Ma for my license plate registration. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with her service. Ms. Ma was incredibly patient, thorough, and efficient. She took the time to explain everything about the license plate process and related matters, making sure I fully understood all the details. Her attitude was warm and welcoming. Ms. Ma is, without a doubt, the best service professional I have ever encountered. Thank you so much for your outstanding help!
There's always the stereotype of going to the DMV and waiting a million years to be served. But honestly the wait wasn't too bad considering how busy it was. It wasn't a super thrilling experience but it's a DMV not an amusement park, so for what it's worth its alright by me
I have been there today and the young man at the desk in front of the door, the man at the desk who did my documents were so much kind and helpful, I had a great experience overall. I will choose Sackville next time again.
