We have been dealing with Access insurance for the last 10 years for both our business and personal insurance. Nick has been awesome on the commercial side(prices are great as well) We've dealt with Lois, Wendy, and Amber on our personal insurance over the years and they've all been a pleasure to deal with. I recently within the last year switched to Access Insurance Group for my broker for insurance. I could not be more pleased with the service received. Staff is outstanding and very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions and make sure you have a subtitle policy that is right for you! I did have claim on my insurance and the staff went above and beyond to resolve any issues or answer any questions I had. With my employment and needing USA coverage, I feel comfortable knowing that I have been set up with the correct policies. I highly recommend Access Insurance! You will not be disappointed!

Amber has always been my "go to" for all insurance questions. She responds so quickly and she definitely knows her stuff!! I live in Red Deer and it is worth the drive!

Amber Flannery was awesome! She answered all my questions (even about other insurance companies) in a quick and professional manner! I will not be going to any other insurance place in Lacombe, they have earned my business to say the very least! Super Happy!!
