I received excellent service. I changed my appliance order at the last minute because I saw more appealing models in the store than what I had initially ordered over the phone. The entire team was efficient and understanding. The delivery drivers were very friendly, punctual, and careful with my home. The owner is a helpful person who takes the time to meet with customers. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.
Je donne un 5 pour l’accueil, le choix et les bons prix compte tenu de la qualité!... Désir de satisfaire la clientèle, pas de pression pour la vente!.. On a le temps d’y penser en toute objectivité!.. En ce qui me concerne, je trouve que ça vaut la peine de faire le 90 km pour aller y magasiner!.. Quant au service après vente je ne peux pas encore me prononcer!...
No one to greet customers, the store was empty, and the salespeople stayed together at the other end, seemingly oblivious to the customers. Once we finally went to find a sales assistant, we noticed she showed virtually no interest in us, so the customer experience was ZERO. I don't know if I'm being too demanding, but I know there's another furniture store nearby with exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.
