Great stay! Kitchenette needed updated otherwise the room was comfortable, clean and up to date.nI forgot very sentimental jewelry in the room and it was turned in by the housekeeping team and stored in a safe place until I was able to retrieve. I am sincerely greatly how professionally this was handled. Love the rubber ducky theme and cute jokes around hotel. Amazing location for the PNE or playland. Cheap taxi or Uber
Great roomy rooms. The front desk was friendly and helpful. They leave a rubber ducky in your room for you to take!nnThere are also funny signs throughout the hotel and in your room. I only took one picture but the the phone tells you to call ghost busters for paranormal activities! Ha!nnHotel is also 10 min walk to the Gilmore station. I recommend taking the Millennial line to VCC then transfer to the Expo line to go your other destinations.
This place was just what we wanted! Check-in was easy although I wished that they had been a bit more flexible with the check-in time as 4pm is pretty late. Still - the room was clean and we got our keycards very quickly. The woman who checked us in did offer to hold our luggage until the room was ready which was a good compromise. I really loved how they had cheeky signs everywhere and did I mention the ducks! As we were heading towards our first cruise, we were already in duck-finding mode but this was an unexpected extra. Definitely recommend staying here!
Awesome hotel. Super clean and well decorated rooms. Lovely little gym and hottub! The only improvements that would move my score from a 4 star to a 5 star would be to provide breakfast and get pillows that arent so high!
We had another great stay. Beds were comfy, room was clean, the location is perfect to enjoy all of the lower mainland by skytrain or by car. We will be back.
