I’ve been going to the skin academy for the past 10 years. I’ve always had a very positive experience. The facility is always very clean and Lynn at reception is always very friendly. Doctor Silver has been my doctor for the entire time. I would describe him as the best of the best. He always takes the time to listen to your concerns. even though he is extremely busy I highly recommend this doctor and the Skin Academy.
Dr Van De Velde herself has been great. 1 star is for the poor service and attitude at the front desk.nnApparently, having to reschedule an appointment in advance infuriates the phone answerers enough that out of spite they will be rude to you then make you wait 5x longer for a follow up appointment.
I have been going to Dr Silver for 20 yrs. He is the best. Has time for questions, listens to what your concerns are...have zero complaints about him or the staff there.
Friendly, staff, large trendy waiting room. Dr. Botkin was great! Need a referral to get here but worth the wait.
Come here if you want to wait at least an hour for your appointment- every time. Also come here if you want irreversible damage done to your skin by someone who shouldn’t have a degree or be allowed to practice van de velde
