Just called a taxi from silver city back & asked if they had an idea of how long it'd & the dispatcher started screaming "It might be 10, might be 15, even 20! Who knows! The roads are bad!" That's cool, was just a question, no need to rage about it - won't call from now on, nor recommend.

These guys are truly awesome. My son went to Sudbury for some big meetings with tight timing. Pre-arranged all the taxi rides up front and AC did not disappoint! On time always, clean cars, friendly drivers and an awesome owner. We know we have friends in Sudbury now :) :)

Never used the service before, but was forced into the median on Notre Dame by one of their cars (#42). Called to let them know that this had just happen and they were extremely rude. Blamed me for it saying I must have been driving too fast. Was going 70. No matter how fast you are driving you shouldn't hit any other cars if they stay in the lane they are meant to be driving in. Please be cautious if you use this service, as they clearly are not interested in safety. Also do not expect good customer service when calling.

As a non profit, we rely on reliable and affordable options for out of town managers to attend education forums and Board meetings as necessary. AC is a family owned company with a great reputation. We've used their services for years for years. Whether it's calling ahead to make sure they are there at the airport or at our Centre to bring us back, AC Taxi has been a pleasure to do business with. We also have clients who require special assistance and they have met their needs with compassion and patience.

Called for a cab to take me back to my hotel, received mumbling and then was told they could “pick me up personally for an extra charge and taken to Wendy’s” (at no point did I ask to be taken to Wendy’s or any food establishment). Upon declining and again asking for a cab, I was yelled at about how “there’s no cabs it’ll take over an hour”. Called another company and was picked up in less than 5 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend.
