Story

Abundance Artisan Bakery and Cafe was established in order to provide the people of Lillooet and the surrounding region with a more diverse selection of healthy baked goods made from scratch with quality ingredients. With our recent relocation to fabulous new space we can now offer a selection of specialty coffees, sandwiches, salads, soups, etc... Our intention is to be a community gathering place, one that listens and responds to the needs and desires of its customers as well as to curate what we believe to be a great selection of rustic, wholesome staple breads and delightful eats Our goal is to provide a cost conscious product without compromising taste or health. There will be NO preservatives, dough conditioners or colouring! Just simple ingredients that provide simple pleasure. We hope you agree.
